Terms of Service

brains.gg is operated by Kibuks LLC ("we", "us", "our"), which provides data-driven Teamfight Tactics (TFT) analytics at brains.gg. We are an independent analytics site and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games, Inc. Riot Games and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the site. By using brains.gg you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Optional features (saved comps, Premium filters, profile refresh) require signing in with a supported OAuth provider (Google or Discord). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your OAuth credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your account is compromised or used in violation of these terms.

brains.gg Premium is a recurring subscription that unlocks ad-free browsing and advanced analytics features described on the Premium page. Subscriptions are sold and billed by Paddle.com as our merchant of record and payment processor. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's checkout terms and invoiced-consumer terms where applicable.

Pricing, billing interval, and included features are shown at checkout. We may change Premium features or pricing for future billing periods; we will give reasonable notice where required. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellation and refund rules.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-download, or resell site data without written permission.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or Premium access controls.
• Use the service for unlawful purposes or to harass others.
• Reverse engineer or interfere with the operation of the site or its infrastructure.
• Misrepresent affiliation with Riot Games or brains.gg.

Site design, branding, aggregated statistics, and original content on brains.gg are owned by us or our licensors. Game assets (champion icons, item art, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary. You may share links to public pages; you may not copy substantial portions of our database or UI for competing products.

TFT meta shifts frequently. Stats, tier lists, and recommendations are provided as-is for informational purposes. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or that using our data will improve your in-game results. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, brains.gg and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service or a Premium subscription. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for Premium in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) USD $50.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the site and cancel any active subscription through the Paddle billing portal.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, where Kibuks LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of the Republic of Serbiahave jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply where they cannot be waived.
